Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

    • We want you to love your Pinet Beauty products! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pinetbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

    • Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

    • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
        • Opened or used beauty products.

        • Gift cards or promotional items.

        • Any item marked as final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pinetbeauty.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. Contact us at info@pinetbeauty.com with your order details for assistance.

Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

    • Domestic Shipping (USA):
        • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.

    • International Shipping:
        • Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size. Delivery times vary depending on the location and customs clearance processes.

Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some restrictions may apply due to local regulations or carrier limitations.
    • Pinet Beauty is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during international shipping. Please check with your local customs office for more information. 
    • At this time, Pinet Beauty only ships within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping to the following locations:
    • Hawaii
    • Alaska
    • U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa)
    • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

    • Pinet Beauty is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

  • If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged items and packaging to initiate a claim.
